About the Opportunity:
The Program Administrative Assistant will have a key role reporting to and supporting the Associate Director Marketing & Communications providing a full range of timely confidential administrative support. This is a key role that will see you working collaboratively and proactively with the team to carry out various administrative duties which align to delivering outcomes for the Program and to assist the team in completing activities and projects whilst ensuring consistency.
This is no ordinary support role and no day will be the same. You will have variety in what you do and you will be part of an energetic team environment, supporting key activities and helping to achieve the goals of the Marketing and Communications Program as required.

About You:
Experience in providing executive support and assistance to an executive level leader/ senior manager;
Substantial experience in managing sensitive and confidential information and drafting various correspondences in an administrative capacity within a medium to large organisation;
Experience with budgeting, purchase orders, invoice payments and records management processes and systems; and
Sound ability of the MS Office products (Advanced Word, Basic Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
