Receptionist/Office Administrator Waikato Security Services are a busy operation with a motivated team looking for an enthusiastic individual with a great attitude, excellent customer service and has had at least two years’ experience working in a busy office covering a variety of administration tasks to join our team as receptionist/office administrator.The successful candidate will be a confident individual, with a friendly and welcoming disposition who is extremely well or...ganised, flexible and an effective communicator. Attention to detail and accurate data entry is required, as well as strong MS Office skills. Specifics of the role include: - Managing the reception area - Answering all incoming calls and redirecting as appropriate - Mail, couriers and banking - Data entry using Infusion of creditor and debtor invoices and receipting payments - Keeping our kitchen area tidy and clean daily - Assisting team members as required with documentation, photocopying, running errands - Ordering stationery and keeping the office supplies tidy and in order - General office duties You must be fluent in English both written and spoken, have New Zealand residency or be entitled to legally work in New Zealand.
