This is a question for the folks that rent out rooms, I'll DM anyone who could give me more insight if you'd rather share privately. I've rented a room out prior and it was a disaster, looking at trying again and hoping somebody can give a couple base examples of rules, costs, what's included aside the room etc. Etc. Thank you. - the fall through last time is i practically became their parent. Its a Single furnished room, utilities + wifi included, shared everything else (2 bathrooms in entire house)
