It is furnished with a bed, table, and chair and is the? largest of the unit's three rooms. The rent is $1200 (electricity and hydro included). The apartment is in a prime location in the heart of Chinatown, near the College St/Spadina Ave intersection, and is only a 10-15 minute walk to UofT campus. The apartment building includes a laundry room, garbage disposal, and terrace. My roomate and I are female undergraduate students at UofT and are ideally looking for another female student or young professional. We are looking for someone relatively quiet and clean.
