Roommate Wanted ASAP *Earliest move in date April 1, 2024 We are looking for a long term roommate that we can trust between the ages of 30 to 55 years old. Cannot have violenent behaviours. My mother is on? AISH and 50 years old. Would like to help someone on either medical assistance or AISH. Someone who can tolerate climbing some stairs. Smoking is allowed in dining area. We have one senior male neutured cat that is very friendly. Stair bars have been put in tub and upstairs. The room is furnished. I am willing to fill out a rent report and you must have an income. Looking for one as we only have room for one more person. *We are close to all amenities and have 2 bus stops right behind us.?
