Good Evening, I am in a bad situation that I need to get out of. I?m a single 31yr old mom of 2 girls (9 and 12) looking for a place to rent as soon as possible. Trying to get out of a horrible situation with my boyfriend.. he cheated, I confronted him, he got abusive and my only way out is if my kids and I leave. I don?t have references as I?ve? always owned, but I have great credit and always pay on time. Unsure of budget at this time, just need to get out but I am looking for a 3+ bedroom on the south end to stay close to my kids schools. I am very clean, have no pets and do not smoke.
