Hello! Myself and two roommates are looking to sublet our apartment to 3 occupants for summer 2024 (May 1 - August 31). The unit is a three-bedroom apartment with a large living/dining room, kitchen, and? bathroom. The place comes fully furnished. It is located a couple minutes from Spadina and Bloor (within 2 minutes of the TTC and about 15 minutes from most spots on U of T campus). Price is $3146 per month (for the whole unit) + electricity and wifi. I have attached some photos of the apartment.
