Hey everyone, I'm subletting my room downtown for the summer, available as soon as May! It?s $1100 per month, plus a shared internet plan, and it?s located right downtown near Harbord Village and Kensington? market, just minutes west of campus. It?s in a 3-bedroom 1.5-bathroom unit on the first floor of a house. The room is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, a desk, and lots of storage, as well as access to coin-operated laundry and a shared kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The other two rooms in the unit are occupied by fourth-year undergraduate engineering students. One of them is occupied by a female, and as such we?d prefer a female subtenant if possible.
