Hello, I am leaving for the summer and I want to sub-lease my room for May/June-August (move-in and move-out dates are flexible). It is a private bedroom in a two bed, one bath apartment with a shared living? room space and kitchen. A female roommate is preferred as the other tenant is also a woman. It is a 2 minute walk from Loblaws and a 5 minute walk to the Eglinton station. The rent comes to $1,150 plus utilities.
