This includes all utilities (electricity, gas, heat, and water). It is around a 9 minute walk away from the St. George Campus. Other places that are within walking distance include Chinatown, Kensington Market, Toronto Public Library, many restaurants, shopping locations, and supermarkets. Public transit is highly accessible in this area as it is a bus ride from Spadina station. No pets allowed. No smoking (including vaping and cannabis). You may either do a summer sublet from the start of May to the end of August, or start a new 12 month lease.
