Hi! Me and my roommates aren't going to be around for the summer and are looking to sublet our entire apartment! It's a 3 bedroom one bathroom unit on the second floor of a house located at Brunswick and? College. The big window bedroom is available from May 1st to July 31st (with the possibility to stay an extra two weeks) and the other two bedrooms are for May 1st to August 31st. Rent for each room is around 950, everything included except wifi which is between 20-30 dollars. It is a 10 minute walk to UofT St George campus, 10 minute walk to Freshco, 5 minute walk to T&T and a 5 minute walk to kensington market. The apartment will be furnished!
