Hi! My two roommates and I are looking for someone to rent out one bedroom, from May 1st to August 31st with an option to extend (dates are flexible). The apartment is located in 55 Charles St W, which is a? two-minute walk away from U of T campus and also right next to Bay Station and the Manulife Centre. The building comes with a gym, swimming pool, and laundry room for tenants. Our also apartment also comes with a large storage area in the basement of the building.
