We are 2 young professional women looking for a roommate. We are a couple and you?ll be the only roommate we have, which guarantees both? safety and space.
Our house is located in the lovely Leslieville, 1 min walk to streetcars which take you directly downtown, and a short bus ride to Greenwood TTC station (it?s about a 30-minute walk through cute neighbourhoods, which is very pleasant in the summer!)
The house is on a quiet street yet only steps to great restaurants and shops.
Loblaws, Fresh Co, Farm Boy, Shoppers, Dollarama, and Canadian Tire are all within walking distance.
You?ll have your own bathroom. Kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room are shared.
$1500, utilities included.
P.S. No pets allowed. We have a small 15 year old, hypoallergenic dog that is very sweet and does not shed. He is great with humans but he can?t adjust to another pet in the house.
