Pre warning to all landlords out there. DO NOT RENT TO Cory Martin OR Jackie Spence Not only did I have to get them COURT ORDERED out of my rental property due to being late EVERY SINGLE MONTH they lived there? and are still behind $1700 plus the damages , clean up , and another $500 bill from the city they racked up having the fire department coming to the house on 3 seperate occasions for false alarms (they were there a total of a year . Thank god we didn?t have to deal with them for the full 2 years ) They were there nice enough to leave the house in this condition for me. Pictures honestly don?t even do justice for the amount of filth and junk left behind in my house right now. We have to now do Reno?s do to their neglect and disrespect. These people should be ashamed also as parents as they have kids living in these conditions also ? Highly recommend NOT renting to them.
