*PENDING* Looking for a roommate! My current one unfortunately has to move back home due to medical issues. Room should be available by the 11th of December. Decently sized apartment with a balcony. Lots of? storage space, on the top floor so no upstairs neighbor noise (there is an elevator) the building isn?t pet friendly unfortunately but there is a pool in the building that all tenants are free to use. Laundry on each floor. Rent is split 50/50 so it would be $575 plus power and WiFi (also split 50/50). Looking for females only. I am in my 3rd year at RDP as well as working part time so looking for another student preferably.
