Hello! I am currently renting a 2 bedroom pet friendly apartment and am looking for a roommate. The place is located in a relatively quiet area close to a school and walking paths, with multiple bus stops outside and or near the apartment. It?s close to Bower Ponds and Downtown. In total the rent is $1250, and would be split between the both of us,? power and internet will also be split but at this moment I am unsure on the cost, I pay around $110 for internet currently. The unit is non smoking, and pet friendly to a max of 2 animals. I have a fixed three year old male cat, so preferably I would be looking for someone with another cat or no animal at all. I?m 26, pretty quiet and am on AISH. I am looking for someone who is also quiet (no constant partying, etc), I will be upfront by saying that I am part of the LGBTQ+ community so if you have problems with that, then it is best to not inquire about this rental.
