DO not rent from Becky walters. House has mold growing in the ceiling, dogs have peed and pooped in the the entire house. There is severe electrical issues, and water leaks. She claims if you help with renovations she will take it out of rent but will not. She never pulled permits to renovate or do anything. The house underneath is NOT on the jack? stands properly, the insulation is not done properly. There is a gas leak she refuses to call and get fixed. She owes thousands of dollars to previous people who have started working on that house. The back room (only one with a door) her dog has completely destroyed and the carpet was ripped up from said dog and peed under it and she just placed carpet over top. Dog has destroyed that door. The furnace barely works in there unless you have it cranked and running 24.7. She also threatens to cut the power and everything else off if she doesn't get her own way. (Lived here before). And if you do one wrong thing she threatens to take you to court
