Park, nature? reserve and outdoor rink/ soccer area directly behind home. Zero grass to cut, beautiful landscaping and garden area. Thinking $1800-$2000 depending on if you rent with garage or unfurnished (furnished is extra as there is a lot of brand new furniture), utilities and bills not included. Insurance a must! No smoking, or partying allowed. Is there interest? Only interested in renting to the perfect family.
